VAIO, Sony Corporation has unveiled its first smartphone called VAIO Phone (VA-10J) in Japan. The smartphone is priced at JPY 51,000 that mean roughly around Rs.26, 318 according to Indian currency. There is no official announcement about the global release of the smartphone. The first VAIO phone is expected to go on sale from March 20th 2015.
VA-10J sports with 5-inch HD IPS OGS display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels HD. The smartphone is chipped with a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor with 2 GB of RAM. It runs on OS Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
The smart phone comes with 13 MP rear camera with Led, auto flash and 5 MP front-facing camera. VA-10J comes with 16 GB of internal storage with expandable microSD. The dimensions of VA-10J are 71.3×141.5×7.95mm and it weighs 130g.The hand set is available in Black colour.
The connectivity features of VA-10J are 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and it supports single SIM and micro SIM connectivity.
The capacity of battery for VA-10J is loaded with 2500mAh non-removable battery which gives talk time of up to 13 hours and standby time of up to 500 hrs.
